BINDER PREPARATION VESSEL

Binder / Expient is prepared in Binder Preparation Vessel. Batch of soluble ingradients is prepared in this vessel.

Binder Preparation Vessel consists of following :
• Jacketed and insulated Vessel
• Agitator for mixing
• Removable Cover
• Filling and Discharge connection
• Transfer Pump
• Control system.

• Solvent and the ingradients are added into the vessel.
• Agitator design ensures homigenious mixing, leaving no dead pocket in the vessel.
• For controlled mixing, the vessel is provided with jacket for heating / cooling.
• The binder solution is transferred into the processing equipment.

Preparation of binder solution for adding it to as high shear mixer granulator, planetary mixers or fluid bed processor.
